K.Yairi is a Japan brand famous for producing acoustic guitars.
This is the YB-13E, which is not produced in large quantities.
The body is made of spruce veneer at the top and Bolivian rosewood plywood on the sides and back.
The neck is mahogany and the fingerboard is rosewood, which is a relatively classic specification here.
