Vintage Premier Snare Chrome Over -Brass Die Cast Hoop Upper and Lower Pair.
The weight is the top 710g

14 -inch 8 Brass without tension magnets (the last square black one in the photo is a magnet)
Made by sinking in the mold
Rounded like an old sonar hoop instead of a press hoop
