Salomon's Big Mountain/All-Mountain Ski and Tour Binding Set.
The binding is compatible with Alpine soles / WTR soles and is a rare L size (sole length 305-360 mm).
There are scratches, edge rust marks and rust, but the sole is good with few scratches.
