ホッホハイマー　ケーニギン・ヴィクトリアベルクを擁するドイツ最高レベルのワイナリー
"ラインガウのお手本"と囁かれる銘醸蔵
ワイナリーは1973年に先代、ヨアヒム・フリック氏により設立されました. 1992年にはカルタワインのメンバーに、1999年にはVDPのメンバーになり、テロワールと品質を追求したワイン造りを行っています. 現在のエステイトは1994年にヨアヒム・フリックの所有となりました. エステイトがあるフランクフルト近郊ストラッセンミューレは、700年以上に亘りトップクラスのワインを輩出してきた伝統と改革が共存する素晴らしい地です. しかし第二次大戦後、飲料会社の手に渡り、彼らが購入したときは残念なことに貴重な畑の大部分がコンクリートで覆われてしまっていたといいます. 彼らの所有となることで、永い眠りから覚めた畑は、現在素晴らしいワインを生み出しています. ■ヴィクトリア女王が虜になった銘醸畑「ホッホハイマー」
ワイナリーは、ホッホハイマー・ヘレ他いくつかのラインガウのモノポールを所有していますが、なかでも最も名高いのはケーニギン・ヴィクトリアベルクでしょう. ラインガウの神秘といわれたこの地のリースリング. 大のお気に入りだった女王がこの地を訪問した際、感激したのがこの畑のものだったことから、異例中の異例として女王陛下自らの名前を畑名とすることが直々に許されたのでした. ラインガウのお手本と評される、非常にフレッシュかつフルーティな辛口リースリング. 食事との相性がとても良く、食卓には欠かせないワインです. 生産者名
