1. Orders: Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.

2. Order confirmation: When ordering, please fill in the necessary information such as the order form.

3. Payment confirmation: If you choose to pay in advance, we will arrange delivery after payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping: We will ship as soon as it is ready for delivery. We will contact you for details such as the delivery company, tracking number.

5. Arrival: After shipment, the goods will arrive in 1-3 days.

* Until the product arrives, it will be delivered in 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed.

※ Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa may be delayed. please note that.

* In the case of cash on delivery, 660 yen will be charged as a commission.

We manage products and inventory, but if we cannot deliver due to product defects, etc.,
