| It is Pelikan "Pelikano" made by West Germany in the 1970s and 1980s.. The length of the pen is 132mm, a black vintage fountain pen. The ink replenishment method is a cartridge type. For the old pen, ITOYA in Tokyo, I had a Royal Blue cartridge (relatively pale blue) cartridge when I checked the current cartridge model number, so this product removed the cartridge and washing with water..
