M ... 95 (state close to new)
M -...90 (almost no scratches or noise)
Ex+... 85 (there are some scratches and noise. )
EX ... 80 (general middle -old board with scratches and noise)
EX -... 70 (Large scratches and noise)
VG+... 60 (with a fairly large scratches and noise)
VG ... 50 (A state where there are quite large scratches and noise)
G ... 40 (extreme damage, somehow you can listen without a needle)
