It seems that the toy itself was referred to the early predictions of the Shinkansen plan issued by the National Railways, and the word "dream super express", which is widely written on toys, is initially ridiculed at the Shinkansen planning stage. It is a phrase used (not completed, in the sense that it ends with a dream story).. As the opening approaches, it has changed from ridicule to positive expectations..
