Improved driver and greatly improved reproducibility performance is a powered studio monitor. The 3 Series MkII is a refinement of the well-established LSR 3 Series driver, resulting in a significant improvement in reproduction performance. The low-frequency driver improves the distortion of the magnetic field surrounding the voice coil by reviewing the magnetic structure, resulting in more precise piston motion. The accuracy of the conversion of the input signal to vibration has been improved, and the original sound can be reproduced with extreme fidelity. There is also little power compression (loss of effective sensitivity), and the change in sound quality is minimized even when high volume is played continuously. In addition, the high-frequency driver uses a ferrofluid that plays a dual role in cooling and braking the voice coil. The ferrofluid is thoroughly analyzed and readjusted to a viscosity that does not interfere with the operation of the input signal while properly braking the voice coil.
