Shinsaku Hamada Born in Tokyo as the second son of Shoji Hamada in 1929 and moved to Mashiko the following year. Graduated from Waseda University's Faculty of Letters After graduation, train in Shoji in Hamada kiln In 1970, after traveling around the world as an assistant of Shoji, a solo exhibition was held at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store. (Every year afterwards) Become a member of the National Painting Association in 1978 As Director of Mashiko Reference Museum, 1985 In London Liberty House, three people with Tatsuzo Shimaoka and Kenji Funaki 1986 New York Brooklyn Museum Purchase Awarded the Grand Prize at the 1987 "Salon de Paris Exhibition" 1990 Demonstrations of pottery in the Japan Week in Indonesia at the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the International Exchange Fund 1999 The 27th Shimono Prefectural Award winning a commemorative exhibition at the Masuko Ceramics Museum In 2008, a commemorative exhibition was held at the Mashiko Ceramics Museum of Art, the year after the Tochigi Prefectural Cultural Meritics Award.
