Pearl is called Mother-of-Pearl. Please cut it with pearl cutting saw and use it as an inlay material. When embedding in a board or fingerboard, a dremel is a slightly shallow groove (about 1 mm) than the inlay, a mixture of a filler color, and a colored epoxibondo (transparent 2 -liquid, 60 minutes is easy to use. Then, bonding it as a filling between the gap between the shellfish and the groove.. After curing the epoxibondo, sand it with # 150 paper wrapped around a tree to make a flat. Complex patterns have a fairly advanced technique, but if you get an inlay like one point, it's not a difficult task if you grab the tips. Length: about 40mm
